-Identifying and establishing contact with potential customers proactively through a variety of channels, including Face to Face, Calling, social networking, and digital transformation forums.

-Consultative selling approach, closing sales, and growing new relationships with key clients.

-Ability to represent our services confidently and establish credibility.

-Ensuring that prospective clients’ needs are understood accurately and comprehensively and that these are communicated consistently.

-Ensuring that Objectivity’s recommendations to prospective clients are created and

communicated to a high standard.

- Your Job and main focus will be to bring in New Business and contracts for the company within the Park Royal area.

- Negotiating agreements and closing sales opportunities successfully.

- Report sales performance and manage internal systems and processes to ensure all are adhered to.

- Wide level of communication with key departments internally.

- Needs to develop strong competency set and to target next level in all sales specific competencies.

- Minimum 2 Years of Experience as a BDM

- A passion for technology

- A Passion for Sales and making more money

- Have a strong eye for detail

- Self-motivated and Goal orientated

- A high level of organisation

- A strong communicator both written and verbally

- Extremely organised

- Target Orientated

- Ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively

- You need to be a good closer and a good talker

- Familiarity in selling within the UK market.

- Fluency in English is essential.

- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.

- Able to work successfully in a fast-paced, self-directed, and entrepreneurial environment.

- Able to succeed in acquiring new clients across the UK, including regular travel to visit prospective clients.
